I've had to repeatedly reach out to the support team, who assure me that they are addressing the issue, but I hear nothing until I follow up again, only to receive the same reassurances. I'm very disappointed that I've paid for something I will likely not receive, and the company seems entirely unwilling to resolve this or issue a refund.
