I’m incredibly impressed with this company and their customer service. Their response time was quick, communication was clear, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. The agent I worked with, Wela, was especially wonderful — kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me every step of the way. It’s rare to find a business that cares about their customers the way they do. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and because of that, I will absolutely be a return customer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding service.
I had an issue with the shipping address. It defaulted to an old address and by the time I realized I thought it would be to late, but a lovley woman by the name of Chloe was able to help me, even after my package had already shipped! She was able to have the package redirected, and the address fixed! Thank you so much Chloe, I’m so looking forward to my perfume!
Chloe was awesome. Let me just preface this with I made a mistake and ordered 2 of the same item accidentally because the site offered a product for free shipping. I clicked on it without checking my order and when I got the receipt, I saw I ordered 2 of the same thing! Shoot!
I contemplated just going with it but decided to try my luck with the Help services.
Well, to my best luck, I got the fantastic Chloe. I explained my situation and she understood right away and was ready to help. She offered to exchange the extra for another scent and I pet her have the control of that. With a stipulation of what I didn't want, and she chose a favorite for me.
I am more excited to get this scent than all of the rest. Haha. I haven't even received the product yet and I'm already leaving a 5 star review.

Happy with my choice, Chloe and Hannah made ordering very easy, and were quick to answer any questions I had at any point during the process. It took a little bit longer then expected for it to come in the mail but overall im very pleased with my purchase! They even checked after my order status had been updated to delivered to make sure I received it! Will definitely be ordering again :)
The customer service experience was effortless both chole and wela were professional and in regular contact with me! the scents are quite pleasant & unique as I can not handle strong smelling perfumes as I am asthmatic yet to see if I get complements pleasureable experience
I've placed two orders with Vemon and absolutely love the fragrances. With my second order there was a small issue with delivery (on shipping company's side) and Chloe from customer service was very helpful with tracking and follow up. Happy to say received order with only a slight delay but worth the wait! Will definitely order again.
I placed an order 3 months ago and have yet to receive it due to an incorrect shipping label. I've had to repeatedly reach out to the support team, who assure me that they are addressing the issue, but I hear nothing until I follow up again, only to receive the same reassurances. I'm very disappointed that I've paid for something I will likely not receive, and the company seems entirely unwilling to resolve this or issue a refund. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
After a wait of two and a half months, the perfume finally made its way to me, as my original package had been lost. Fortunately, I received a replacement that arrived within two weeks. The support team was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. Plus, the fragrance is simply delightful!
