My humidifier works great but I had a bad experience with customer service. They didn't send an invoice by email or in the package, and when I looked at my credit card bill, I was charged $65. I emailed to ask about it, and they said shipping for Canada is actually $32. I wrote back saying this was not fair and they should honour the price I was quoted, and didn't get a reply.First, $32 USD is a way too high for two small plastic parts that fit in the palm of my hand. The actual shipping cost would be around $8-15. If your product breaks so quickly, you should not overcharge customers for the replacement parts shipping. Second, you need to tell customers the accurate price before you charge their credit card.
