I really wish I had come here first before buying this. The game stick arrived in a timely manner, but it only worked for about 30 minutes before the screen went black and it stopped functioning completely. I reached out to the support team, but after long delays in responses, they essentially shut me down and offered no resolution. They are completely disregarding their own return policy. I'm out a significant amount of money and left with a non-working game stick. Extremely poor customer service. AVOID THIS SELLER, YOU'LL BE SORRY.
