I really wish I had come here first before buying this. The game stick arrived in a timely manner, but it only worked for about 30 minutes before the screen went black and it stopped functioning completely. I reached out to the support team, but after long delays in responses, they essentially shut me down and offered no resolution. They are completely disregarding their own return policy. I'm out a significant amount of money and left with a non-working game stick. Extremely poor customer service. AVOID THIS SELLER, YOU'LL BE SORRY.

Avoid this seller. I've been waiting over 30 days for my order, only to be told it was delivered, but I haven’t received anything. They suggested I visit the post office for updates, while their site shows it was delivered. The post office has no record of the tracking number. COMPLETE SCAM.
Day 50… and I STILL haven’t received my order. For two weeks, the customer service team has just been passing my concern around. This is ridiculous. UPDATE: Day 55, still nothing. UPDATE: Day 63, still no sign of my order. After another email, they claimed, “The post office has received your order and we urge for prompt delivery.” COMPLETE LIE.
