After almost three months since placing my order, I am still facing issues with the fulfillment of my items. Two items were not included in the status update. The initiated refund is less than what I originally paid for the missing item, and I have been charged again for shipping. Furthermore, I was expecting a reimbursement for the price difference of exchanged items, but that has not occurred. One of the exchanged items has also had its delivery pushed back significantly. This is completely unacceptable!
