I ordered a large closet from Vente Unique and a part of the door was broken. I was offered a voucher to spend on their platform. However when I wanted to use the voucher in combination with the default discount code for purchase above 400€ it was not possible and upon contact with the helpdesk I was completely ignored on this issue after 2 replies.
After almost three months since placing my order, I am still facing issues with the fulfillment of my items. Two items were not included in the status update. The initiated refund is less than what I originally paid for the missing item, and I have been charged again for shipping. Furthermore, I was expecting a reimbursement for the price difference of exchanged items, but that has not occurred. One of the exchanged items has also had its delivery pushed back significantly. This is completely unacceptable!

If this is how they treat their customers, I worry about their commitment to safety and quality.
This shop is not trustworthy; I regret purchasing from here. After payment, they claimed there was an issue with the shop, and my furniture has not been delivered. The items I received were either missing or damaged, and communication has been non-existent. I strongly advise against buying anything from this store.
I received a damaged product and the customer service has been terrible. After reporting the issue, I was promised an exchange but heard nothing afterward. My follow-up messages have gone unanswered, and they do not respond to phone calls. This feels like a scam.
After more than a month, I'm still trying to resolve the issue of only receiving three out of four boxes. They keep making excuses and haven't sent what I paid for. This has turned into a nightmare, especially since it was a birthday gift. Fortunately, customer service eventually reached out and helped resolve the issues, so I am now satisfied with my order.
