Ordered over £50's worth of socks with express shipping (1-2 days) but the order took 6 days to arrive. I contacted customer service after 3 days, as the order still wasn't with the courier, and the customer service team were useless. I paid for express shipping as I required the socks for an event but they didnt arrive on time. I am still waiting for customer service to reply again. Needless to say, I will not be using Venture again based on their poor customer service.
