Ordered with 48 hour tracked delivery. Now 10 days since order was said to be on its way and nothing. Finally got an automated reply from evri bott so say they are looking into it but despite 3 emails and 3 messages via the venture website I have bad absolutely no response from the sellers themselves. These items were not cheap and the level of customer support is apparently non existent. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering or recommending again.Edit - once customer services did contact me refund of postage and new items sent out quickly. EVRI managed to get it here this time.
