Absolutely shocking customer service will not use again!!!I made several orders with this company unfortunately they use another incompetent company to deliver their orders. My first order with Venture was delivered to a property that is nowhere near my house, I contacted Venture to be told they would resend my order on Royal mail. A day later another email off them to tell me they had cancelled my order as I had already collected it from the parcel shop. ( this was infact my second order with them which I had redirected to a shop as the drivers could not be trusted to deliver to my house) so still out of pocket. They seem to be doing everything they can to swerve either refunding me or actually sending me my order.
