I ordered a cap in November, but it was sent back since the delivery service couldn't complete the delivery. The order has yet to arrive, and they refuse to issue a refund or provide a replacement until the original item (which was never delivered) is returned to their facility. Despite reaching out several times, my concerns remain unaddressed. I had to escalate the issue with my credit card provider to recover my payment. I strongly recommend steering clear of this company due to their lack of customer service!
