I ordered a cap in November, but it was returned as the delivery service couldn't deliver it. To this day, the order hasn't arrived. They refuse to refund or send a replacement until the original item (which was never delivered) is returned to their facility. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my concerns have gone unresolved. I had to escalate the matter with my credit card provider to get my money back. I strongly advise against dealing with this company due to their poor customer service!
WARNING. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. The product I ordered (LED facial mask) is completely unused and has never touched my skin. The packaging was only opened to check the contents. After making the purchase, I started reading other customer reviews and quickly realized many others warned about the same issues: misleading marketing, unclear information about the company's actual location, and a return process that seems designed to discourage customers. When I requested a return, I faced similar issues. Although the product is unused, it was labeled as 'used' simply because the packaging was opened. I was charged cleaning fees, inspection fees, international return shipping, and customs charges, plus I had to provide written approval allowing the company to unilaterally adjust the refund amount. This feels extremely unreasonable and deceptive. I advise others to think twice before purchasing unless they are fully aware of how the return process works. Had I seen these reviews earlier, I would not have placed this order.
I had no issues with the service. I ordered knowing it was coming from abroad, and everything went smoothly until the unit wouldn’t charge. I logged a fault, and it was quickly rectified with a new unit shipped. Very satisfied with the product.
Okay... I didn't check the reviews first 🤦♂️. I ordered on December 10th, expecting the parcel to come from a legitimate, local company. After placing the order and making the payment, I checked the status and reviews, only to find out they are based overseas, and that was where the item was being shipped from. Such a typical scam! It's been 14 days since I ordered (December 24th), and the tracking company claims there were 3 attempts to deliver on December 19th. I work from home and never miss a delivery, so this is completely false! I plan to wait until after Christmas to see what happens. If not, I will contact my bank to dispute the charge. What an absolute scam! Update: The company responded via email stating the item was dispatched and sent through local postal services. They provided a tracking number, but upon checking, I found the package was sent to a delivery office over 30 miles away, indicating it was sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address. They claim the shipping was based on the information I provided when ordering. This implies I gave incorrect shipping information, which is absolutely incorrect as shown on the invoice. I dread to think how long the return will take back to their facility, presumably overseas. I’ll keep you updated on this absurd situation.
Advertising as a local company, I expected goods to be shipped within the country. However, after placing my order and receiving shipping confirmation and tracking info, I was surprised to learn it was being shipped from overseas. My parcel is still in transit after 10 days. When ordering, please ensure you check the company's information. I’m disappointed as this was meant to be a birthday present.

Every experience is subjective, but I accidentally ordered one of these after my wife purchased the same item. I requested a refund, and it was issued in less than 24 hours. I can't comment on the quality, but the customer service was excellent. Thank you!
I cannot find any FDA or CE approval for the product. After searching for the best product, I was directed here, but these recommendations seem to lack credibility if the product isn’t FDA or CE approved. I don’t dare use it and would like to return it. I received a prompt letter after my comment, but it didn’t reference the product I purchased or mention the company at all. Their website lacks essential information: a 510(k) number, the FDA-cleared model name, and the manufacturer. Unless they are truly using FDA-cleared models transparently, the product is not FDA-cleared. This LED mask is not CE-certified, not FDA-cleared, and untraceable to any regulated manufacturer. A legitimate CE or FDA device must have labeling on the device itself, which this does not. The absence of these details indicates it is a generic, unregulated product. I want my money back as I cannot use this product, especially while undergoing treatment.
