I attempted to exchange an item for a different color and submitted a return form days ago, but have yet to receive approval. Additionally, while the website states a fourteen-day return window, the note with the items indicated a much shorter deadline that has already passed. I sent another email but received no response. I called the provided number and only encountered a recorded message. It would benefit the company to avoid responding to complaints with the same generic message, especially one that sounds dismissive and self-congratulatory, as it reflects poorly on them.
