Don’t order from this company!!!! I ordered from Vera California and I did not get what I ordered. They are refusing to send a return label and a refund. The company is Fraud! They scammed me. They basically send me cheap rags instead of the dresses I ordered.

I'm quite satisfied with the quality and pricing of the company's offerings. The garments I received were made from lovely, soft materials, and the prices were notably lower than elsewhere. Free postage and returns are a bonus. However, the service leaves much to be desired. I attempted to exchange an item for a different color and submitted a return form days ago, but have yet to receive approval. Additionally, while the website states a fourteen-day return window, the note with the items indicated a much shorter deadline that has already passed. I sent another email but received no response. I called the provided number and only encountered a recorded message. It would benefit the company to avoid responding to complaints with the same generic message, especially one that sounds dismissive and self-congratulatory, as it reflects poorly on them.
There appears to be a common issue with service here, which I am experiencing as well. My item took several weeks to arrive, and the quality is poor, not justifying the price. I have emailed multiple times for a collection note and a refund, but have received no replies. I'm very disappointed with this entire experience, and the value of the order does not excuse the service level.
