I ordered a purse Dec 8, 2025. The status showed shipped Dec 9th. No other updates were provided. I sent emails and phoned the number provided, which is not in service and no respone to my emails. I decided to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. I received an email Jan 31, 2026, stating they could not refund me as I started a dispute. I needed the purse as a gift. If at this point, I had no updates nor received the purse, clearly it was never shipped. Beware ordering from this "compnay"
