I actually regret this purchase. We going on week three no update on my purchase. I keep following up but no updates. For the money paid I am surprised at the service I am getting.
i got two handbags and it stated it was made with real leather and when I received the bags was not the case. The smell of cheap plastic . they look good from afar but far from good. im use too real leather not fake.

I bought two bags that were advertised and listed as a ‘genuine leather’.
The two bags I ordered, when unpacked are very obviously NOT leather but Vinyl. My husband took one look at it and said ‘ I thought you said the bags you bought were leather’? He spotted it a mile away. Smells plasticky/PVC like and looks cheaper and nastier than any mirror handbags from Bali.
First time I heard of Verano Hill was on FB and loved the style of their handbags and affordable prices. I couldn't pass up the BOGO and bought 4 purses at one time, 3 of them genuine leather, for less than what I normally pay for one leather purse at Brahmin. First of all, fast shipping, only 7 business days, from China, packaged very well, hardware was protected with plastic, came with protective bags, quality of purse was very good. Definitely will purchase from them again. Thank you.
I ordered a purse Dec 8, 2025. The status showed shipped Dec 9th. No other updates were provided. I sent emails and phoned the number provided, which is not in service and no respone to my emails. I decided to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. I received an email Jan 31, 2026, stating they could not refund me as I started a dispute. I needed the purse as a gift. If at this point, I had no updates nor received the purse, clearly it was never shipped. Beware ordering from this "compnay"
I saw your hand bags on Facebook page I was like this kind of style can suit my wife let me give it a try, only to be blown away my wife she couldn't stop thanking me she livestock bag and they arrived on time despite being December a very busy time but you delivered as expected and the quality is top I can't wait to purchase for my wife another bag. Thank you so much for being trust worthy as a first time buyer I was skeptical before I took the risk and it was worth it.
I strongly advise against ordering from this website. They accepted my cash payment but failed to deliver the product, misleading customers in the process. I ordered a bag, and despite waiting for many days, it never arrived. I requested a refund and filed several complaints, but I have yet to receive any money back. Their customer support is unresponsive and provides false assurances. This seems like an online scam. Please be cautious and do not fall victim to this; you could lose your money.

It accommodates all my essentials without being cumbersome and complements both casual and formal attire. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.
I would rate this experience as zero stars if possible. My order took three weeks to arrive, and the bag did not match the picture. Upon returning it, the shipping company confirmed that it was delivered back 20 days ago, yet I have not received my refund. The contact number provided is non-existent, and despite sending ten emails, I have received no response. This feels like a complete scam.
