I have been ordering from Verasia for few years now and i am extremely pleased with everything: the web site navigation is very user-friendly, they are adding constantly new products, customer support is excellent - there was a case where DHL lost my package and once i notifed them, they followed up with couple of emails, which i appreaciated greatly, because they will say: we will check with DHL and get back in a day and exactly in a day they will email my again. Last but not least - there is excellent variety of Japanese learning materials, which to me as a person who is on this long journey, is perfect. I highly recommend them!
