My wife got me the Islander Savvy which I had been wanting for a while. She got herself the Savvy Sling, but she wanted something else. I kept the sling bag for myself and got her the Commuter Backpack.I love using my backpack and sling bag but my wife thought the commuter backpack was too big for her so I decided to return it and get a sling bag instead.This is where my love for this product ends. The customer service is terrible. You can only email them as there is no phone number to call, let alone a human to talk to. Email responses take at least a day. We happen to have cut the tag but still have it with the bag, and they are using this as a reason to refuse the return even though the back pack is unused. Well, my wife did try to put it on her back. I don’t really think that counts as using it.I get that they are a small business and I’m all for supporting them, but pissing off what little customer base you have is also not good for a small business.I would have loved to get the sling bag for my wife but I think we’ll stop buying from this company. I am not confident that they will ever take my return, so my wife will just have to learn to love her back pack (these are not cheap).
