Do not buy a bag from them. Their customer service is condescending. I left a very simple facebook review that I was unsatisfied with their return policy. (Cannot return any product without tags attached.) They immediately sent a condescending Facebook message to me. Condescendingly told me I should know if i like it without trying it even just once. Then Deleted my comment. And blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't leave any more poor comments.They dont want yoi to warn other users that their product isn't everything its hyped to be. And packing videos are misleading about what you can actually fit in the bag.They are worried about customers returning the bag and them having to throw it away or not being able to resell it because it would be unethical. But blocking and deleting poor reviews of their products they dont see as unethical.And also, couldn't they donate them as a tax write off?
