These people are scam artists and scumbags. When I was buying a backpack and had a question, they responded within an hour. Then after purchase I requested a return, they never got back to me and never sent me a Return Label. I got my credit card company involved and they produced fraudulent paperwork, pretending like they email me back, when they never did. These people are the scum of the Earth, committers of fraud, and their bags are just average and too heavy. Trust me - buy a bag from Travelpro or anywhere else. Terrible company!
