I signed up for Verified Blu after they advertised real, organic Instagram growth with a very professional looking Insta ad. Instead, I received hundreds of inauthentic followers with AI-generated profiles and highly suspicious engagement. When I raised concerns, they admitted to using giveaways and engagement pods (methods that are inorganic that I learned were against Instagram's guidelines). The experience hurt my account's credibility and took hours to clean up (I am still dealing with this now), even having used the service for less than a week. Despite youting a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee, they refused to give me a refund claiming that it would only be awarded if your account hadn't experienced any "growth". Considering the description and promise of organic engagement with the service, I would not consider this "growth". After I reached out, they did start sending me followers with strange photos with no captions or likes.This is in no way 5 star service. Read all of the 1-star reviews and you will see that they all say the same things: unfriendly, unprofessional and combative customer service that does not honor the refund guarantee, little to no organic growth on your account, a lack of accountability on the business' part, risk of having your account suspended/deactivated/shadow banned, and a headache to follow.
They were extremely responsive over text and answered any questions I've had. My only issue is that some of the accounts appear questionable, but my posts are performing better than ever and I'm growing like I've never seen before!
