Most troubling, you’ll receive countless requests from women encouraging you to download other messaging apps, often with dubious intentions. This service is utterly DISAPPOINTING!

Most alarmingly, you'll get a barrage of women asking you to switch to other messaging apps, as they either want to sell something or share inappropriate content! This platform is complete TRASH!!!
I just joined this platform and set my age and location preferences, and what do I get? Countless men in their 20s, 30s, and 40s reaching out (I’m 71), asking me to move to other messaging apps and sharing their phone numbers. When I raised this issue with the support team, they merely suggested I adjust my criteria! I already have! It doesn't block them! Completely inappropriate and absurd!
No stars if I could. I needed my password reset. Customer support took two weeks to respond. Once my password was reset, they claimed they had no record of my payment for a three-month subscription. Even after providing proof, they still refused to activate my account. Beware. This is a scam at its finest.
Most users were not from the USA. Terrible customer support, never answered their phone. They only respond via email, at their convenience. I deleted my account an hour after signing up and am still being denied a refund. Update: As of May 3, I received my full refund after contacting my bank to initiate a claim.
What a fraud! They should call it International Cupid. I had some success on another interracial platform, so I thought I’d try this one too. However, this one is a complete scam - they ask where you live and what country you prefer. I selected the United States for both, but all I’m getting are messages from individuals in Africa and the Middle East. None of them are within my age range. I plan to cancel my membership within three days. I am overwhelmed with messages from numerous foreign men seeking their American wife. Very disappointing. Total scam. So much for the filters they claim to have.
