They keep ignored that I AM DEAF and can't speak through call as my hearing is not working but you make me more anxious and puzzles why you call me for something wrong. I contact WhatsApp verisure they just said put a note???? That's not good enough as I need to know why call me today third time. It's urgent or what???? Without one words so I'm concerned that verisure not follow up PSR as if eldest people or disabled who can't hear. I have ask for compensation because I'm more worried and want to know why call me. WhatsApp advise me to call them on Monday. Wow leave me worried for two days but WhatsApp staff do nothing or not action???? Disgusting
