Umer 290087 came out today after our robbery, which shouldn’t have happened as i had a verisure alarm but clearly the alarm and the company i am paying into has failed me. However, umer was very empathetic and assuring that all is working now as he changed all the batteries and checked all the contacts. Still waiting to hear back from verisure.

Very reliable monitoring service that keeps me updated with notifications of any changes or disruptions to my system. Aftercare is excellent. I have used the WhatsApp service for help, and was able to chat to someone about my problem. They were courteous and helpful, taking me step by step through the diagnosis and fix.

The sales process felt very uncomfortable and manipulative. During the presentation, they explained how good the system is and how everything works. But at the end, they used a typical sales trick — calling a “manager” and saying that only today and only for you the price can be reduced by £200–£300. They claimed the manager had already used up all the monthly discounts but made a special exception because he “just called now.”
Honestly, it felt like a fake story and a very awkward marketing tactic.
2. Customer Service & Repairs
If your system breaks down and you need an engineer, be prepared to wait up to a month. And they only offer appointments on a specific day — Wednesday — no matter what month it is. I have fixed days off during the week, but they refused to offer any flexibility. In my case only Wednesday. That’s very inconvenient and frustrating.

I would not recommend paying £50 per month for this service. The company feels unprofessional and disappointing. Over the phone, they try to solve problems, but if you actually need an in-person appointment, it becomes extremely difficult.

They keep ignored that I AM DEAF and can't speak through call as my hearing is not working but you make me more anxious and puzzles why you call me for something wrong. I contact WhatsApp verisure they just said put a note???? That's not good enough as I need to know why call me today third time. It's urgent or what???? Without one words so I'm concerned that verisure not follow up PSR as if eldest people or disabled who can't hear. I have ask for compensation because I'm more worried and want to know why call me. WhatsApp advise me to call them on Monday. Wow leave me worried for two days but WhatsApp staff do nothing or not action???? Disgusting

The box where we set and unset the alarm system is not working. When I've rang up today Saturday 31st January I was informed by a recording that they no longer open on a weekend. They then divert you to WhatsApp to chat to someone that way. They were unable to help and booked a engineer to come out in 2 weeks. This is far from good enough considering the monthly cost went up not long ago.

Don't waste your time or money with this company my poor old mum had this system for quite a while and got robbed system failed my mother's house, she will never use this company again as when something goes wrong they just don't care, one more thing they put the prices up with out notification, do yourself a favour and put a ring doorbell on back and front doors as any movement you get notification straight away, my mother feels a lot safer now, verisure you should be ashamed of yourself disgusting service would not recommend

The system is an absolute waste of time- it doesn't work and no-one appears to be bothered to rectify the problem! Levi (customer experience team) shows no concern in resolving the problem, Sent an engineer to property still no resolve- tried to contact me then appeared to have given up. Do not use!
