Do NOT sign up for bundled streaming

I signed up for the bundled streaming services and realized a few days later that I just couldn't deal with the ads. I tried to upgrade from Verizon, they sent me to Disney, who then sent me back to Verizon, and apparently you can't make changes as it's tied to the billing cycle which is absurd. I then tried to cancel the service and it's not an option. I tried to submit a support ticket and got an error page. I tried to call and was told the wait time is 1hr+ and that I would get a call back the following day. So in other words, they offer you a great deal and then trap you by making you complete an obstacle course to cancel. Dishonest. No integrity. No care for the customer. No like any company does but I NEVER had this problem with previous internet providers. It was all pretty clear-cut. This is what happens when a company lays of 13,000 employees (like Verizon just did) and replaces them with AI. Buckle up.. it's going to happen a lot more.
