Would give zero stars if possible. Attempted to start service for my business and the set up process was so awful and time consuming that I took it as a sign of service to come and I cancelled immediately. I was given a cancellation confirmation number followed by receipt of phones 5 days later and a bill notification.So happy to waste more valuable time with this, I attempted to call them and after multiple roundabouts with a phone robot was advised they were unable to connect me with a live rep or offer any assistance because I didn't have an active account (said the one on my bill was not valid) or phone number with them. Attempted online chat for live assistance and same issue. SO - in my car I go to a live location to waste more valuable time and gas as well. Do yourself a favor and run to a place that actually provides service.
