The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 1) The actual hardware and operational service was terrible. 2) They will lock you into renewing your contract and be sneaky about it. 3) I’ve personally been paying them monthly for almost TWO (2) years and receive absolutely nothing. The only thing they provide me is a monthly bill. 4) I spent hours on hold trying to troubleshoot their equipment that worked horribly. Transfer, transfer and transfer again and start over each time if you can understand the rep. 5) The only thing that they are good at is locking you into a contract that they will bury you with if you try not to pay. 6) I have used exactly 0.0000 data during my current contract which is 12 months in. Do you think they care? They do, but only that I pay them monthly.
Go ahead #VERIZON fact check me. The tree in my front yard has used the same amount of data as I have with VERIZON CONNECT in the last year, nearly two.
