Absolutely horrible. The people who install it did it wrong. Ended up shutting my whole truck down fried the truck system.Had to be towed and fixed at my expense. Then I have been trying for three months to get them to come out and reinstall it properly. Still haven’t, but yet want to charge me for the three months that I haven’t been able to use it. No one wants to reply to emails and when you call they want to leave you on hold and give you a run around that someone will get back to you. If I could give negative stars I would.
My experience with Verizon Connect was deeply unsatisfactory, spanning a painful, forced three-year contract that proved to be a complete waste of money.The core service itself was highly unreliable. The primary feature I needed—the ability to reliably check the history of my vehicle's movements—was consistently non-functional or impossible to access. The system failed to provide basic, expected functionality, rendering the entire tracking service useless for its intended purpose.The most frustrating aspect of this experience was the contract length and the company's rigid enforcement. Despite the service being completely unreliable and non-functional from my perspective, I was essentially forced to stay and pay for three painful years. Paying for a broken service for such an extended period is unacceptable, and prospective customers should be extremely wary of this lengthy commitment.I strongly advise against signing up for Verizon Connect. The product does not deliver on its promises, and the multi-year contract locks you into paying for a service that is, in my experience, totally worthless.
We use the reveal tracker system every day at our company. We like the replay that is available and all of the other features that are included. I enjoy working with one person who knows what we are looking for and not having to explain myself over many different times. Carlos is fantastic and appreciated.
Alex is great at explaining the system and how each aspect works within the program. He is patient and completely accessible so if I have any questions, it's never an issue. Also, the ability to check in with him for updates and training is appreciated and very helpful.
I really appreciate having a direct point of contact that I can call or email with questions or needs. When I first started with Verizon Connect, it was difficult to find support that I could easily communicate with. Once Carlos was assigned to my account, it has been a great change and my problems have been resolved quickly and efficiently.
