If I can save 1 person I am happy. I have never left a review but this is the WORST COMPANY EVER when it comes to the transportation side of things. They answer the phone and are super helpful BEFORE you sign up. But as soon as you sign up and have problems and want resolutions they are ghosts. I’ve reached out for over 5 weeks trying to get faulty equipment out of my truck and talk to my customer service manger (who has not contacted me yet). They keep saying give it 24 - 48 Hrs and my csm will be in touch. Still nothing and it’s going on 2 months. I tried to get faulty equipment out of my trucking that was literally falling as I was driving a 20,000lb+ commercial vehicle down the interstate and almost made me wreck and they want me to pay almost $1,000 to get out of the contract, but when I said I almost wrecked and crashed because of there equipment they had nothing to say.Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hoping I can save at least a few people.
