Have Verizon Connect fleet tracking in all of my vehicles. Service itself is good when its working, but customer service is AWFUL, used to be much better but has really gone downhill over the past year or so. Anytime there is an issue it's an hour on the phone being transferred to 4 different people and they have "accidentally disconnected" the call numerous times and don't bother to call back. Looking for an alternative and would recommend you look elsewhere as well for fleet tracking.
