🚨 ‼️ Terrible service!

#0227158788-00001 This company is a scam. They offer a plan and usage, but they don't provide the service. Their operators told me to remove my eSIM and insert a new one to fix a connection problem, but they didn't do it. I'm on vacation outside the USA and they left me without service, and they're not resolving or helping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Verizon. @tmobile @att They are better companies than you.
