I have been with Verizon for at least 4 four years and have experience deceptive billing issues unsatisfactory customer service and dishonest agents while updating my current service to a new internet box, billing issues with due dates being change constantly, throughout my service and price change a couple of days before the bill is due. On the telephone for hours and still no one can resolved my issues, and this is unacceptabele, not going to continue to give money to another business that sucks!!!!!
VERIZON IS THE WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY. VERIZON WILL ROB YOU . VERIZIN WILL LIE TO YOU AND CHARGE YOU EXTRA WITHOUT YOU KNOWING. DO NOT PURCHASE VERIZON SERVICES AT ALL NOT FOR HOME OR CELL PHONE AND DEFINITELY NOT INTERNET.
You can look online and see how many bad reviews this company has. The customer service is horrible and the employees brag about how they tell us the paying customers anything . Say they still get paid they don’t care.
Make your own decision but never say you were not warned

Online is too frustrating. Over the phone is even worse. In the Plymouth, mi store the guy behind the counter tried to rob me as if I was 12 yrs old. The ads for deals are misleading and they always pull a bait and switch. Waiting on hold is a nightmare. I would give zero stars but that’s not an option
Worst customer experience I have received and over 50 hours of time wasted to try an resolve a problem caused by the verizon tech team on help ticket. I wouldn't trust anything a manager or customer service rep says. They have promised call backs and failed, promised resolutions and missed dates. They have wasted everyone's time and made ZERO progress in 45 days.
17 Year CUSTOMER OVERCHARGED BY VERIZON $729 in Nov and still cant get back money. Plus they added other acct charges incorrectly. We upgraded on a phone and Verizon gave us a new (1)phone. The new phone went totally blank after we got it home. We took (1) phone back to the Verizon Store. The young man was super. He said you got a bad phone which happens sometimes. He gave us the same model new (1) phone. SOMETHING WAS BURNT INSIDE (1) phone ! (1) was covered under insurance plus WOW !! really :( . he tells us no worries and documents. We get a call from Verizon saying we have to mail in the damaged (1) phone directly to them. We get the paperwork and tracking number. We mail in (1) phone damaged to Verizon. So on my bill they charge me $729 for a damaged phone being returned !!! WTH Then they give me a credit and still owe me $329. They keep saying they received a damaged phone. I am like REally. Its the (1) phone you gave us at the store. !!You have just confirmed what the Verizon guy said. SO TMOBILE is changing me with no problem ... #tmobileawesome #verizonSUCKS
My review Is fair assessment because Verizon lately is under performing with respect to billing and accounting issues.
I returned a phone and watch with tracking and acknowledgement that my devices have been accepted. They proceed to still factor in those lines and had not de activated them, resulting in fraudulent billing.
Then I spoke to a representative who discontinued my active watch plan, though we clearly went over the fact they would switch the IMEI registration of each device and then de activated the active in use watch without the switch over and activated line . So now I have to go In person and etch out time in my schedule to go over issues they have caused.
The only plus side ? We get to talk to people and get answers through quick replies and get connected instantly.
They should hold their end of practices and not bill for disconnected; returned and voided contracts. That is wrong and cheating customers with assurance of return receipt but keeping returned lines active hoping we don’t notice.
Also the dashboard can be more user friendly and also historical data like return labels with tracking should be available in messages too.
Instead they ask me can I provide proof of return receipt?
Hold onto your return receipts for as long as you can and they expect us to call and verify that they have received the return for which they issued the postage label and digital barcode for. Isn’t it already apparent with the tracking number?
Worst company in the world. I have been trying since December to get them to fix 3 missing payments that I have uploaded to them 7 times. I have been on the phone with them for over 80 hours in the past 2 months. I am done. I have been calling them for over 1 year because I can't receive the text message they send me to log into my account. Over 1 year now and never fixed. I have a business account with them and multi lines. Today is the last day I will ever call them again. Go with any other carrier but Verizon
Verizon business and support are the worst company. The biggest liars and the biggest waste of time. Their AI idiot system needs to go and all their non American answering machines that don’t speak English or understand their job! Worthless idiots!

Their operators told me to remove my eSIM and insert a new one to fix a connection problem, but they didn't do it. I'm on vacation outside the USA and they left me without service, and they're not resolving or helping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Verizon. @tmobile @att They are better companies than you.
