My review Is fair assessment because Verizon lately is under performing with respect to billing and accounting issues.
I returned a phone and watch with tracking and acknowledgement that my devices have been accepted. They proceed to still factor in those lines and had not de activated them, resulting in fraudulent billing.
Then I spoke to a representative who discontinued my active watch plan, though we clearly went over the fact they would switch the IMEI registration of each device and then de activated the active in use watch without the switch over and activated line . So now I have to go In person and etch out time in my schedule to go over issues they have caused.
The only plus side ? We get to talk to people and get answers through quick replies and get connected instantly.
They should hold their end of practices and not bill for disconnected; returned and voided contracts. That is wrong and cheating customers with assurance of return receipt but keeping returned lines active hoping we don’t notice.
Also the dashboard can be more user friendly and also historical data like return labels with tracking should be available in messages too.
Instead they ask me can I provide proof of return receipt?
Hold onto your return receipts for as long as you can and they expect us to call and verify that they have received the return for which they issued the postage label and digital barcode for. Isn’t it already apparent with the tracking number?
