Terrible experience. The product arrived damaged, and customer support is nearly nonexistent. I returned the item and am currently trying to get a refund, but they keep asking for more information even though they have the product. It's unbelievable. I will escalate this if I don't hear back from them. Additionally, the quality is disappointing; everything feels cheap and overpriced. You could likely find a better deal elsewhere. Avoid this platform and don’t waste your time buying anything, as they present themselves in a misleading way. The quality is very poor, and their customer treatment is arrogant and dishonest.
