I returned the item and am struggling to get a refund, as they keep asking for more information despite having the product. It's astonishing. I will escalate this if I don't receive a response. Furthermore, the quality is far from satisfactory; everything feels cheap and overpriced. You could likely have it shipped from elsewhere for much less. I advise against trusting this platform or making any purchases, as they do not reflect the reality of their offerings. The quality is very poor, and the treatment of customers is arrogant and untruthful.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a lamp for around 250 euros. It arrived from abroad and is made of cheap materials. I tried to reach their contact number, but it doesn't work. I've been waiting for a response to my email. Nothing yet. Do not order from here.
