I received a response from a representative who claimed they were figuring out the best way to ship the tote bag to me. What is there to figure out? It's been five days since then with no shipping confirmation. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand, as they were overwhelmingly negative. If the tote ever arrives, I expect it to be poorly made based on what others have said. This appears to be an untrustworthy overseas company. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
