I ordered from Velirene.com also showing up as Verlinn. They said my item was delivered, it was 12:30ish am, I had no delivery. I reached out to see what delivery service they used and they would not disclose. When asked for a refund they advised 15/25 business days this was on 12/30. I still have not received my refund or my product!!

Received a tote that did not match the description

Upon receiving the tote I ordered, I found that it was not quilted as advertised. Additionally, there was no indication in their advertisements that it was shipped from overseas. Had I known, I likely would have chosen not to purchase it. While the tote itself is of decent quality, the quilting featured in the ads is what truly sets it apart. Their process for returns and refunds is quite frustrating. I followed all their detailed requirements, including sending photos. Initially, they offered a 15% refund, then increased it to 20% due to the high cost of returning the item to the overseas location. It's quite disappointing.

Disappointment with the Order

I was looking forward to receiving the ‘quilted’ bag shown in the advertisements for Christmas. My husband placed the order in mid-December. However, we only received the bag in January, despite the promise of delivery by Christmas. To our dismay, it turned out to be a cheap printed bag instead of the quilted one! The company refuses to issue a refund. This feels like a scam! I strongly advise against ordering from this service.

Terrible experience with my recent order

On Nov 8, 2025, I ordered several Christmas ornaments from a website, totaling over $100. The next day, I received a confirmation email with a tracking link that did not function. I reached out to customer support to inquire about the delivery timeline. Despite emailing about a dozen times, I have not received the products, cannot track the order, and each response is a repetitive, generic reply without addressing my questions. I was initially told the shipment would arrive in 7-15 days, but it has now been nearly 6 weeks. Fortunately, I disputed the charge with my credit card provider, who issued me a credit while they investigate the matter. To make matters worse, the charge on my card came from a completely different company! I regret not checking online reviews before making my purchase. I strongly advise against ordering from this service.

Disappointing experience with this service

I came across an attractive advertisement for totes online and thought it would be a perfect gift for my mother-in-law, so I made a purchase. A week later, I reached out via email to ask about my order, as the payment had already been taken. I received a response from a representative who claimed they were figuring out the best way to ship the tote bag to me. What is there to figure out? It's been five days since then with no shipping confirmation. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand, as they were overwhelmingly negative. If the tote ever arrives, I expect it to be poorly made based on what others have said. This appears to be an untrustworthy overseas company. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Disappointing experience with this seller.

This seller misrepresented the holiday ornaments as 3D when they are actually 2D. I can no longer locate the company online and discovered they used drop shipping. Now, I'm pursuing a refund through my credit card company. I regret not checking reviews beforehand.
