My experience ordering from Vernal was not great to start. I ordered an executive standing desk which arrived quickly within a few days over multiple shipments. But I quickly learned I was missing parts. It's frustrating, but I get it, it happens. I contacted chat support and got a rep quickly who said they would ship the parts within 14 days... from China. That's 14 days + ship time for my desk to sit in an unusable state. For a desk that shipped from the US within a couple days, you'd expect them to quickly ship missing pieces. The desk itself is of good quality, but the missing parts and lack of a good process to ship out those missing parts proved to be an overall frustrating experience earning a 1 one-star review.Update 5/29/2025:Vernal reached out to me regarding this review and made things right. Honestly, I wasn't expecting them to do that, so the fact that they did shows that they do care about the customer experience. That gesture went a long way in my book, and I'm updating my review to 4 stars. The desk is great, the company showed they care about their customers, and I would recommend buying from Vernal.
