Absolutely love everything about the executive desk I purchased. The look the sturdiness and how smooth the motors are. I do however have to deduct one well, maybe 1/2 star due to the tray that comes with the 42 inch shelf.
Kind of strange, as the amount detail and thought that Vernal put into their products only to miss on the fact that pulling the metal tray out 3 inches causes it to literally fall to the desk. I was able to create my own workaround by 3D printing two narrow pieces on each side that goes directly above the trays sidearm using double sided tape to adhere it.
Like I said kind of strange they missed this but I am sure they will make a future adjustment down the road as I seen there are quite a few comments on this.
The price was attractive, but I have my doubts about its worth. We ordered seven standing desks, totaling nearly 12,000 dollars, and I wish we had been forewarned about what we were getting into. The desks arrived in over FIFTY boxes, and there was no indication during the purchase that we were signing up for an extensive assembly process akin to an IKEA project. If we had known, we would have been better prepared with coffee, knee pads, and some emotional support. The assembly was only part of the issue. Several components were damaged upon arrival, especially the drawer slides. The ball bearings were not just loose; they were scattered everywhere. It took about an hour per rail to reinsert those tiny bearings, reshape the metal, and ensure they functioned properly. This was hours of work on brand new furniture. At this price, we shouldn’t have to repair hardware that should have been intact. While their customer service was quick to respond, a $100 refund for all the time and effort required to make these desks usable feels inadequate. One hundred dollars does not compensate for the time, frustration, and labor involved. Additionally, we discovered post-purchase that we were dealing with an overseas manufacturer, which likely contributed to the packaging issues and complications with returns—again, this was not made clear beforehand. The desks do look nice now that we’ve nearly rebuilt them, but if you’re not ready for a lengthy assembly process with potential repairs right out of the box, consider your decision carefully. This was not the smooth office furniture upgrade we had anticipated. It's also worth noting that their Google reviews are hidden, leaving TrustPilot as the only platform for sharing honest feedback.
Wrong Hardware Packed. The hardware that was included to build my desk is missing a very specific M8 Set screw used for mounting the crossbar rail. My new desk is now at the halfway build stage taking up half of my living room until vernal can get me the correct hardware. One star because in the current state the product is unfinished, useless in the middle of the room.
Bought a older model of their standing desk that was on sale and came with a free drawer. The shipping was quick and well packaged. The assembly process was very easy thanks to the pre-drilled holes and clear instructions provided. Definitely takes longer than the 6 minutes advertised but still 30 mins max assembling the desk. So far it works well and the quality is pretty good for what you pay for.
