I have been a reseller client at Verpex for several month, it never worked. If you host client websites, run away from this provider. Their promise of "peace of mind" is a massive joke.
1. Non-existent backups and data at risk:
Their Backuply system has been completely down for over a month. It is impossible to restore or even download a simple file. The result? Vital files are inaccessible, and 30 years of work are potentially lost. Faced with their incompetence, I tried to bypass the issue using an external Hetzner Storage Box: total failure. Their infrastructure blocks even alternative solutions.
2. Support that lies and lacks any coordination:
I have had three tickets open since January.
In February (Ticket AZF-976-02241), support told me the "config file already exists" error was "just a warning to ignore." That was a complete lie.
In March (Ticket BKD-612-02056), after a ridiculous parade of over a dozen different agents passing the buck, they finally admitted to a fatal Restic conflict on their remote server.
The peak of absurdity: on March 30th, agent Pradeep assured me in writing that "everything is resolved." Three days later, on April 2nd, agent Zulfikar wrote that "the infrastructure team is still actively investigating." Two agents, two diametrically opposed answers. They don't even test what they claim to have fixed.
3. Broken core features:
To top it all off, Cron jobs haven't been working on hosted accounts since January. Still no real resolution to date.
Verpex is causing major damage to my business. Zero coordination, zero technical reliability, and a support team that just wastes your time. I am giving 1 star only because Trustpilot won't let me give zero.
