Additionally, the domain transfer options were inadequate. Unlike other services, this one does not provide an easy way to transfer a domain, requiring another ticket for assistance. It felt like a waste of time and resources! My domain also remained unlocked and at risk while my ticket went unanswered for about 2 hours, prompting me to submit another request. Very unsatisfactory!
