Very disappointing experience.
I was a customer with Verpex for about a year and recently my service expired. I contacted support simply requesting access to download my own website files and database. I clearly explained that I did not want to continue the service — I only needed my data.
Instead of providing a backup or temporary access, I was told that I must pay for an additional full month just to reactivate the server so I can retrieve my files.
From a customer perspective, this feels extremely unfair. My data belongs to me, and requiring payment just to access my own files feels very close to blackmail.
I have screenshots of the conversation with support confirming that the only way to retrieve my data is by paying for another month.
I was hoping for a reasonable solution such as a simple backup or short access window, but unfortunately that was not offered.
I would strongly advise anyone using this provider to keep external backups of their data at all times.

The issue here is not about the money, but about the principle. I was a customer with Verpex for about a year and hoped there would be some flexibility in helping a previous customer retrieve their data.
