I purchased a ring for $625 and wore it only a few times. When I finally went to wear it again, it looked terrible, lost all its shine, and was quite disappointing. I contacted the support team, and they asked for photos for review. I had all the original packaging and authenticity tags. However, they informed me that nothing could be done since it was beyond the warranty period. I’m sharing this to warn others: avoid buying from this brand. The product quality is poor, and so is their customer support.
