Disappointing Experience with My Purchase

I contacted the support team and spoke with a representative who asked me to send photos for review. I had the original order, boxes, and authenticity tags. However, I was informed that they couldn't assist me since it was beyond the warranty period. I feel compelled to share my experience: I advise against buying anything from this company. The quality is poor and the customer service is lacking.

Complete Disaster with Returns

A total disaster. I ordered shirts but received slim fit ones that weren’t mentioned in the description. I had to reorder. The returned items had their security tags attached, as required. I sent the return on November 4th, and after much follow-up, they confirmed receipt on November 24th. Now it’s December 28th, and it’s been nearly 40 days without a refund. Essentially, I’ve paid for the shirts twice without getting my money back. I’ve asked about their complaint process multiple times via email, but they either don’t respond or provide vague updates. This brand is a mess, and I will not order again or buy from their stores.

Extremely Disappointed with Quality

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my purchase, and even more so with the process of getting my watch repaired. When investing in a product, one expects excellent customer service, not something mediocre. I will not be buying anything else from this brand, either online or in stores. I would rather buy a knockoff than spend my money on subpar products. If I could give zero stars, I would. I lost $1000; they are effectively stealing. To avoid losing money, I suggest never using their services again.
