Their website is prone to saying that an order is confirmed when it has actually failed due to their dodgy PayPal/Versace interface. Their customer service is aloof and have no desire to rectify their mistakes. I was told that my case would be passed on to head office and would receive a further email on how to contact them. I received no such email.
