Having moved up to the Northumberland area recently from the Manchester area I booked my Ducati Diavel in with Ducati Sunderland for it's first (minor) service. And I have to say I was very impressed with their customer service from start to finish. Mick Clements' service team, and in particular Stu Turner who actually serviced my bike, really took care of me and my bike, keeping me informed every step of the way........and to put the icing on the cake it was returned looking like new.Thanks Mick and Stu! You've done Ducati proud! Keep up the good work!
