Having moved up to the Northumberland area recently from the Manchester area I booked my Ducati Diavel in with Ducati Sunderland for it's first (minor) service. And I have to say I was very impressed with their customer service from start to finish.

Mick Clements' service team, and in particular Stu Turner who actually serviced my bike, really took care of me and my bike, keeping me informed every step of the way........and to put the icing on the cake it was returned looking like new.

Thanks Mick and Stu! You've done Ducati proud! Keep up the good work!

Fabulous dealer with the customer at heart

Phoned and spoke to Michael ref a used R1250GS Adventure. Michael was professional, helpful and did a great deal. When I went to see the bike, there was some corrosion on the swingarm and diff that was not in keeping with the rest of the bike that was immaculate. They spoke to BMW and fought my case for getting it sorted and then installed it, making the bike perfect.I really can’t express how brilliant all the staff were to deal with and based on my experience I would highly recommend them.
