I bought the vehicle as a distance buyer. The communication from salesman Dan (Renault) was very good, and the process very clear and straightforward.
He contacted me as promised on the day of delivery and even promised to help set up a future Renault EV vehicle I have leased from elsewhere!
Only one slight issue, I hadn't noticed that the used vehicle I bought was missing the false boot floor. Dan is going to try and located one for me, even though it was obvs bought as seen.
I'd highly recomend buying from this dealership.
