I'd definitely recommend Vertu Ford West Bromwich to friends and family because they are very professional and courteous. Couldn't fault the sales team and William who dealt with our purchase actually delivered the car to us in the evening which I thought was fantastic 😀.
I had the pleasure of talking to Dave islett once again this will be my third car off him fantastic service as always .
Also met David the overall manager and Dave excellent customer service and advised on getting the best out of the options
The only thing g that let their service down and it’s minor a day before pickup of my car I had to re sign my documents due to a small error
Sales person Tom Gibson did a great job from start to finish explaining everything in a fluent easy manner. Any questions fully explained, a pleasure to do business with Vertu. Not forgetting Dave the manager

I went into hyundai Bristol to look at a hyundai santa fe and dealt with martin,one of the salesman. He was helpfull and knowledgeable and professional .Also the sales manager Cellan was helpfull and gave me a good part exchange price on my car and good price on the car i purchased.The all process ran smoothly.
Whilst the excellent premises (free coffee, clean toilets and modern building) were the icing on the cake, the main reason for our 5 star rating was the friendly but efficient, clear but concise, way Holly conducted the sale and purchase of our car exchange. At no point did we feel under any pressure, and in the online negotiations we were given all the information we needed in a short period of time. We are very pleased with our new car and think we got good value for our money.

Fantastic service and great experience. From the very start of communications with Vertu nothing was too much trouble. Connor was brilliant. Everything was sorted out in a very short timeframe. I bought the vehicle as a distance buyer. The communication from salesman Dan (Renault) was very good, and the process very clear and straightforward.
He contacted me as promised on the day of delivery and even promised to help set up a future Renault EV vehicle I have leased from elsewhere!
Only one slight issue, I hadn't noticed that the used vehicle I bought was missing the false boot floor. Dan is going to try and located one for me, even though it was obvs bought as seen.
