AVOID THIS SERVICE! My experience with this moving company was nothing short of disastrous. They exceeded the 21-day delivery timeframe, and I later learned they were involved in an accident. A police report indicated negligence regarding vehicle maintenance and reckless driving. The truck caught fire, resulting in the loss of all my belongings. Additionally, the broker informed me that two other families also lost everything. We submitted a total loss claim, which is supposed to be resolved with insurance in two weeks, but we’ve been left in an empty house for over three months with no updates. Legally, we should receive full replacement value, yet their own claims adjuster revealed they hadn’t even filed a claim for their truck yet. This company is untrustworthy. My attorney is preparing a class action lawsuit involving other affected families and anyone who has raised complaints with the regulatory agency.
